Reading II – Day 1 (Tuesday, Nov. 12)

Objectives:

I can read a book silently for a sustained period of time.

I can ask good questions about my reading.

I can closely read a text and consider how words, photographs, and drawings all contribute to the meaning of The Photographer.

Today’s Activities:

  • Bellwork – Choice book reading
  • Finish Levels of Questions (answering)
  • The Photographer – Close reading pg. 46-56

Assessment:

  • Turn in Levels of Questions & answers
  • Photographer close reading 46-56 due tomorrow

  • Some students receive extra support from teacher/aide (reading aloud, writing responses, etc)
